The VIVO 2018 Conference Task Force is happy to announce the call for proposals for the 9th annual VIVO conference, to be held June 6th through 8th at the beautiful JB Duke Hotel in Durham, North Carolina. Please submit abstracts for presentations, workshops, posters and demos.
Our theme this year is “The value of making scholarly data open, found, and consumed.” Therefore:
  • If you are an implementer, technologist, librarian or data scientist working in the VIVO space, we want to hear from you!
  • If you use a product supported by the VIVO ontology such as VIVO, Profiles RNS, Clarivate Analytics, or Elsevier Pure and you have a story to tell, we want to hear from you!
  • If you are involved in other aspects of disseminating open scholarly data or the semantic scholarly web, we want to hear from you!
The growing market of these systems indicate an impact on research that we are just starting to understand, but what exactly is it? Come to find out, come to help answer!
Proposals must be received by Sunday, March 18th, 2018 at 12:00 AM EST
